About FlowChefs
FlowChefs was founded in Bloomfield, New Jersey by Irina Chernyavsky — a mother, home cook, and whole food plant-based advocate who couldn't find what her family needed and decided to build it herself.
What started as a desire to make real, nourishing food more accessible has grown into something bigger: a community ecosystem where families eat better, children learn to cook with confidence, and food becomes a bridge between science, health and everyday life.
FlowChefs is not a diet brand. We are whole food plant-based — no oil, no refined sugar, no processed ingredients — because we believe this is the most evidence-based, nourishing way to eat. Every meal is chef-prepared fresh in a licensed commercial kitchen and delivered directly to your door.
Alongside our meal prep, we run structured cooking classes for toddlers and teens in Bloomfield and Leonia, NJ — and we are building digital tools to help families plan, cook and learn at home, wherever they are.

FlowChefs was built for the families of New Jersey and New York — and that community is at the center of everything we do. Our toddler cooking classes run in Bloomfield and through Leonia Recreation. Our food science programs bring real kitchen skills to middle schoolers.
