By accessing or using the FlowChefs website and ordering our meal delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
FlowChefs provides a weekly whole-food plant-based meal delivery service in New Jersey. All meals are freshly prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen. Menus are fixed weekly and subject to change. Availability is limited and we reserve the right to cancel orders when sold out.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. We do not require a subscription — you may order as frequently or infrequently as you choose.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within our designated service area in New Jersey. Deliveries are made on Wednesdays. FlowChefs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe drop-off location is provided.
5. Food Safety and Allergens
All meals are prepared in a facility that may process common allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of allergens. If you have severe food allergies, please contact us before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, recipes, and branding, is the property of FlowChefs and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
